We first started working with Training Toolkits in 2008, whereby they designed a very robust training programme for our reception team. Very good at getting us to think about interpersonal interaction and relationships. As a result of attending this course I will be asking particular questions, consult and review the aggressive behaviour guidelines, listening skills, thinking about others behaviour and personalities and the reasons and motivations behind them.

I found the voice analysis, and finding out in depth what effect your voice can have on a customer most useful.
