Give groups an opportunity to evaluate their effectiveness as a team, create a group identity, and take ownership and responsibility for team development with an aim to improve productivity and performance.

Create a set of team guidelines to improve the effectiveness of the team and enhance customer/client service standards. Identify existing weaknesses within the team. Demonstrate the added value of a team effort in comparison to individual efforts. Identify the personalities within the team. Adapt their personality styles to improve team communication. Create a team identity. Produce and commit to a team development plan. Organise a team event to promote team morale.
